Why should you be unblacklisted?:
First of all Blacklist reason "Demoteing a police force for going onstrike,
instead of RPing it# were invalid.
1. Estel Raccoon as SWAT Sergeant and Steelixian as police sergeant did not answer for
calls of Chairman of Intelligence Division (Alluzi) and when directly asked didnt answer for any questions regarding
any situation nor took any order. They were making a meeting and when asked they didnt let president, vice president
or Chairman of Intelligence Division to attend it. Just that is considered as conspiracy against government and is
valid reason for demote.
Secondly what comes to this "strike", Strikes are considered illegal if they are not announced days before the strike.
And in this case strike were never even informed, They just drove away from Nexus without answering any calls and
Steelixian and others just talked each other about going to fish. (written with cooperation of Alluzi)

Actually - They were talking back to you I believe to remember, you probably just decided to annoy them. @Alluzi was a Secret Service Agent. He monitors the Secret Service part of the government, not controlling the Police and S.W.A.T like what attempted to happen. As stated @steelixian and @"Estel Raccoon" did respond to you and did report abotu the strikes minutes before the actual strike started as they informed me long ago.
You not only did check we was also correctly striking as I was simply in the Nexus Lobby doing something and someone literally just joined the force when you demoted them. The fact I say you thought we were was due to you not reading anything written from the radio and most likely taking information from the Tab menu which the Sergeant changed our jobs to Striking Officer.

1.My duties will be the one President order me as long as it doesn´t break permanent rules. And asking about situation regarding two handcuffed women in Nexus lobby isn´t "controlling" SWAT & police.
2.According to law, strikes must be announced two weeks before it is carried out. even if not announcing few minutes before is ridicilous and keeping that in mind the strike is in that case illegal and in that case valid reason for demotion.
3.And even if not discussing about strike just the fact that SWAT & police is organizing meetings and denying Intelligence Division´s & presidents presence from there is considered as conspiracy against legal government, and it is a completely valid reason for demotion, as was stated in the Unblacklist request.
In summary: There were multiple valid roleplay reasons to demote you from your posts. In base of this it is self evident that this blacklist were given by arbitrary reasons. ps. Accusing to use Tab for information gathering is insolent, especially when keeping minde there was plenty of valid reasons resulted by Steelixian´s Sours & Estel Raccoon´s actions.

None of the police were with the two FBI members that were there. It was obvious that none of the police were involved with them as only one of them were handcuffed. The other thing to be understood on this was that we responded back to your answer said No. Not only myself, but other members online. I even told them personally I can not do anything because I didn't do anything - especially taking them to the president which they requested.

If your going to force players to plan 2 weeks in advance to do a strike your out of your mind. You have given a minimum of 30 minutes during the time before the Strike as a lot of the Police and S.W.A.T did not like the corruption they claimed for the President to have.

I do believe there were no meetings that were held in place - at least during the time, I was a Police Officer. When I joined the slot there was a rather harsh IC conversation between yourself and the Police Sergeant and then the Sergeant came to me and said we were on Strike but even after that, I didn't really say much to the subject and simply staying in the Nexus looking at the Police Database and looking into my dupes to find the regular Nexus Dupe I do and then I was demoted without notice over the radio.

I am not so much of accusing I am more of stating that it could be a method that you could use because so many people do especially when they are so obsessed with the job names e.g Police Roles. It was more of a method - Even after the whole situation however, you still demoted every single member even if you didn't know they were, on strike or on duty. I never received a radio request asking on what I am upto to even fight to keep for my job if that is what the president really wanted. Not to meantion that the players that were Police would have most liekly been more than happy to roleplay coming to you and having a meeting rather than being demoted instantly with the /demote command because it's easy to do.

(Did you have a law forbiding government unions from forming? Gathering of groups over 3 people? Your police force attending their own meeting without you is not "Conspiracy" Just as them going on strike is not an action against the government worthy of a near instant demotion:

(Judging from the timeline above, this entire situation lasted less than 5 minutes, 10 minutes prior police began checking with staff if a strike was allowed and the strike was cleared to proceed.
Again i must state: You gave them literaly no time to respond to your request before you began shouting at them, proceeding then to demote the entire force.
In the future handle situations like this kind of situation with more care and give it the time it needs to play out, do NOT demote an entire police force just because they are forming a union and going on strike, because for this to happen, and it happens quite rarely, the president is almost always the direct cause of it by their own actions.
