Summary:
Well, i was listening to music in my vehicle and started to sing later. Then Daniel comes and warns me for mic spamming. Right, later he took me out of my vehicle and started cuffing me. I later asked why and then he responded that i was spamming the local voice something. I think he just meant Mic Spamming.
This is backseating Administation. He broke rule nr: 1.9 "If you see someone breaking the rules, try to warn them or call an admin. Dont take the situation into your own hands."

"I told you several times to stop spamming in local audio chat and you did not follow my orders" is phrased OOCly and is not valid for RP reasoning. Even if phrased in-character (which it could have been, but was not) this is basically arresting someone for having their radio on in their car.
A police officer blacklist will be issued.
