When you punch someone with makeshift jammer, yes he is unarrested but still cannot run, its like hes arrested but without the orange outfit
tested more than 3+ times, the jammer doesnt work and is useless at the moment

I think you need to hit them multiple times for it to work as intended.

There was no handcuffs and multiple hits didnt do anything, Hostage roping / cuffing and taking them off works tough
