The video shows the person shooting at 2 people in the building. He was citizen.. I didn't get a badge or any speech. So when i saw him shooting i shot back.. And i got demoted for saving 2 peoples life against someone who had probs a old pass as citizen with gun

Sadly, the only thing I see in the evidence provided is misuse of lethal force from Communist Cannon.
Other than that there is no evidence fo a demotion shown in the video. Do you have more evidence?

Closing Notes: Although the player "Communist Cannon" had the wrong job title for his actions with the firearm, there is no evidence that the president abused his power or that it was a random demotion. A random demotion would have been if there was no reason. There was one, and must be handled in character.
Communist Cannon will receive a 4 Hour Weapons Blacklist and a 1 Day Suspension
