It doesn't seem so.
Might be an oversight from when the system was implemented, as it would make sense to be able to /reclaim containers.
Also, the remover tool doesn't work on them for normal players.
Paging @Voluptious, is the lack of /reclaim for containers and inability for remover intentional?
