Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. FailRP. Attaching a rope to a Van and on the other end of the rope someone sat down on a chair. Then when the van was moving, the chair would be drifting behind it. Also, sometimes the prop would result in death.

Yes i admit we have done those horrible sins, but upon beeing told by other's that we shouldnt do that we immediaetly stoped, i removed the props. and our day just went on, we do not know if we harmed anybody, and i hardly think we did, since we litteraly went one way to te road and then back, then we removed the couches, but i couldnt remove the plate in my car because upon pointing at at it said that its owned by N/A, so yes, we have done that, but we immediaetly stopped after we were told to.

Approved.
The accused players have been found in violation of:
2.5 Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP). This includes things such as anti-gravity bathtubs, unrealistic car colours, watermelon fights, etc. when there is no specific roleplay in which they would make sense (i.e. game shows or science roleplays).
17.3 Do not modify vehicles with props or tools without prior admin approval.
17.4 Do not make extra seats to transport people, i.e. seats in the back of a truck.
Both players will receive permanent warnings for their actions - though you didn't hurt anyone and it doesn't seem like this was done with any malicious intent, this is still in violation of server rules.
