I have this problem everytime while joining the server it downloads a lot of fonts (resource/fonts/) so it takes ages to get in. I have all the content packs installed, so I can't figure out what causes this

A lot of players are having this issue today, including myself.
Developers are working to resolve the issue.

it takes 45mins for me while it was 10-15 before.

Thanks for your patience community. We fixed this issue and downloads are much more stable now. Speed has been increased as well (webserver).

Closed and Archived.
Suitable support has been given. User has notified us that the issue is resolved. As mentioned by Burnett this was to do with a FastDL Error.
