Stealing a car while 2 SWAT officers still have weapons pointed at it is both FailRP and in violation of FearRP.
The CDM is quite clearly accidental, your injury resulted from the car-player-prop collision bug.
The accused user will be issued a 1 day suspension and a 4 hour vehicle blacklist.
