Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke.
I was the Vice President when the player approached us with a shotgun on his back so my SSA's acted to detain the player for search. what I didn't see was the player was tazed and accidentally killed. The player then returned moments later within the same area ( NLR zone ) where I gave him a warning in OOC telling him he in within his NLR. He then proceeded to gun me down with no warning or initiation.

I Was a member of the government there at that momment in time as in the video it shows that the man clearly died was in NLR zone and RDMED the VP which caused me to immediatly fire to him to try and save the VP
