There is really no context to this evidence. What led to his actions? Was he a homeless citizen? Was he drunk out of his mind?
I can not make a fair decision without more sufficient evidence. Do you have anymore that shows the previous events?

Can't really say anything more than him jumping up on the trashcan, typing /sleep and waking up 10 seconds later.
