Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke.
I was running down the citytunnel, while typing. I was suddenly shot by Gonk (who was a BMD at that time), where he just continued to run down the tunnel towards city.
He ends up shooting at cops as he gets out of the tunnel (empire hotel) where he gets shot and injured.
After a minute where he still is in injured-state, Gotenks runs over to him and proceeds to shoot him to get him out of the injured state. (As gundealer.)
You might ask how I know it was gotenks. He was the only gundealer at 01:46, and they were "hanging out" afterwards.

Punishment has already been issued to Gonk: ID #4306.
However, after reviewing the footage and logs I feel that a similar ban is issued as it seem clear that the two were just on to cause trouble together. As such, I shall issue Gotenks a similar ban for 14 days for general mingery.
