When in game, open the steam overlay, and use the steam browser. In the browser paste the following URL.
https://limelightgaming.net/clan/index.php?steamid=&action=manage be sure to paste your steam id after steamid=
For me it looks like the following: https://limelightgaming.net/clan/index.php?steamid=STEAM_0%3A0%3A45345820&action=manage
