RE: NOT Kahjo - Kahjo - Oct 15, 2016 In defense for the first video, You kept running away from me and not obeying my orders, then attempted to escape me when you jumped back into your car. In defense of the second video, I pulled you over because you did not have the bright lights ("Long Lights" As I said on the video) on, you only had the ones you can see on the video, aka the not so bright ones ("Headlights" that I called them on the video) , So said, that was valid. Also as I've heard that arrests are kept in character. Nothing else that I'd say. RE: NOT Kahjo - Soviethooves - Oct 15, 2016 Approved Closing Notes: Yes arrests are meant stay IC, however killing a player because he refuses a simple stop order? No. Police always must attempt non-lethal before lethal. You won't get anywhere if you scream stop and immediately fire on someone. Accused will be given a 5 Hour Weapons Blacklist. |
