Summary: Me and some other guys were standing outside nexus, when DjSimone ended up hitting Xshai123 with his car.
I told him to get out, he blamed "lag" several times before I told him to get out due fearRP.
He got out, we started talking. I ended up asking xshai if he wanted to press charges, something that he wanted.
He said "I want 10k." That's when we all laughed and we ended up saying 1k, (as that is the maximum?).
I was going to arrest him, but he suddenly said "FUCK!" and got into his car. I told him sveral times to stop, but he refused and continued his attempt to flee.
I ended up shooting his car three times to disable it (mostly because he was driving dangerously to avoid me).
You can clearly see that even though I had my shotgun lowered as he started to back off, he crashed into the pole where he was at a stop-point - where I am aiming at him.
Obvious rulebreak of fearRP.
(I take all blame for calling him a "piece of shit" when telling him to stop breaking fearRP. I had no reason to do that, obviously.)
