Considering some staff are not 18 seems counter-productive.

Yeah, as @General Rickets said..

Why 18? The community will lose a lot of players on the forums and People will not be updates so much like they did before.

Can we update the rules to be consistent to the ones shown in-game? The list here is way out of date.
