Making source demos work - Kung Fury - Oct 1, 2016 Is there a way to make source demos play nice with this gamemode? Whenever I make a demo and replay it, it ends up looking like this: Notice the gamemode crashed and loading messages which stay in the middle of the screen throughout the entire demo, as well as the HUD in the bottom corner which shows $nil instead of the proper information. Is there a way to fix these issues? RE: Making source demos work - Lord Octagon - Oct 1, 2016 Hi @Kung Fury, Check out my guide on video recording using the in-built source recorder: https://limelightgaming.net/forums/thread-12403.html RE: Making source demos work - Kung Fury - Oct 1, 2016 (Oct 1, 2016, 09:34 PM)Lord Octagon Wrote: Hi @Kung Fury, It's a nice guide but it didn't really have the solution to my problem RE: Making source demos work - Lord Octagon - Oct 2, 2016 @Burnett RE: Making source demos work - Temar - Oct 2, 2016 we could do with adding code to detect if demo and not display RE: Making source demos work - Insert - Oct 2, 2016 (Oct 2, 2016, 12:48 AM)Lord Octagon Wrote: @Burnett Burnett seems to have the answer to everything around here lol. RE: Making source demos work - Project - Oct 11, 2016 Question answered, Thread archived. The code does not detect that that is a demo thus puts the text about the crashed gamemode up. (I believe a suggestion would be more appropriate from this point) Project Limelight Community Teacher |
