Summary: Making this report on behalf of @goigle as I have the evidence so thought it'd be easier. The user in question was asked for his ID after pulling over. After he refused, Goigle decided to get the user to become compliant by pushing his vehicle off the road and right into the corner of clothing store on main street. As he was getting rammed, the user disconnected himself in attempt to avoid the RP situation.
