So i just bought some money packs waited now some hours but got nothing.

Make sure you have your transaction ID from PayPal and PM it to Temar and make sure the payment has gone through and isn't pending etc.

Depending on what card company, some take more time to complete transactions. That could be your problem

Speak to @Temar or @Faustie they can, not sure about Faustie, can view transaction logs for you and then issue a refund.

I believe anything Donations is Temar's deal, not the SA Team.
