The Department of Homeland Security has had another successful month of protecting the citizens of EvoCity. However, this month remains one of mourning, as agents of the unauthorized PMC known as "Cerberus International" murdered dozens of EvoCity law enforement officers, as well as our own Department of Homeland Security Emergency Response Units. Among those killed were:
Special Agent Antonio Romani
Agent Puto Orgena
Agent Mike Cooper
Agent Jonathan Dietcher
Agent Casey Jones
Officer Will Litige
Officer Michael Guy
Sergeant Barry Johnson
Officer William Piper
Pray for the families of these victims, as well as bare in mind the relentless evils of EvoCity that wish to make you, the loyal citizens, unsafe. The DHS is currently investigating the incident, and rest assured that these men will face repremand for their actions against the Government of EvoCity.

To be fair, that part is kinda a moot point when you think about it, that form letter that was posted by rickets, basicly admits the company commited several crimes such as: Kidnapping, illegal detention, and murder.
Even if they say it was rouge agents that killed all those officers, they would still have many or all their operations in america suspended pending an investigation, much like the real world Blackwater USA when its soliders killed 17 iraqi civilians
