I know it's filetype that makes AI properly move on the map, it should generate when I entered singleplayer game but it didn't (so yeah. I can play the map but can't join it on server). I tried verifying game files, disabling all addons and then joining server and running game in window. Before I switched to window game was crashing after a while. There are no changes in progress bar.

I found out solution by myself.
I searched Google and saw that someone was saying that the file do not exist and it's just a GMod bug so in options I've set that it shouldn't download custom files from servers. I had every other server addon that is needed downloaded so I thought I can do it. Server launched but now I need to download HL:EP1 and HL:EP2 so I can fix textures on map, I think that's why it crashed on creating character.
