Summary: After d/cing to avoid arrest (No evidence to support) The player reconnected and blocked all roads on mainstreet with forzen props, the player would not remove them and set his job name to "Fucking Troller Don't Get me to cell" He then just left his frozen props in the middle of the road. I assume from the job name he is here just to troll.
