There's a fix for this in my forked version of Photon (contributed by a friend named Nadav), it's still not completely polished (I might move the code elsewhere in the files, but it works, I have it running on 4 servers).

I cleaned a bit of your code (removed debug-stuff) and merged those changes into upstream.
I think the Tahoe skin is back now. Atleast I can see a white skin.
Gonna leave this open till fix is confirmed by others.

It should work for all liveries.
If it doesn't, I uploaded it to GitHub wrong
Update:
I just tested it, and the GH repository does work.
You can switch liveries and they will not be pink/black and liveries will not reset when you exit and then reenter PVS
