Closing notes: Player did not have a valid reason to shoot you to death. As a store owner, he should have called the cops. They have been previously punished for RDM and that has apparently not changed their behaviour.
Suspension from the servers will be applied for 3 months, and a further blacklist on weapons.
I'd also ask that you don't insult players in your PR by calling them 'scum'.
