Right, Ben was breaking nearly every rule which i know. He was breaking NLR / FailRP / RDM'd / CDM'd / Disconnect to avoid arrest / Random demote and so on.

Well, i only made these screenshots and Ben is already banned now. Taught other people will post evidence in here as they said.
