Theres no evidence here showing that what he is saying is not IC nor is the word Gay inheriently bad, do you have anymore evidence?

No, I don't have any more proof than this.
He was stopped in the tunnel by the policeman as the policeman was talking with a chef for nearly running him over.
But I was told by a couple of guys ingame that they had witnessed the same, so might want to see if anyone else contributes?
