Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke.
So was responding to a backup call in mainstreet, saw him walking away. Confronted him with an assault rifle and once he didn't stop, pulled out the taser. I was about to handcuff, but still had taser out, when he suddenly, without voice/chat, whips out a shotgun and kills me.
