Chris Evans leaves Top Gear - Nacreas - Jul 4, 2016 Quote:Chris Evans has announced he is leaving his role as a presenter on BBC Two's Top Gear after one series. Source: https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-36707266 RE: Chris Evans leaves Top Gear - Jono - Jul 4, 2016 Thank fuck. His cringey attempts at humor were what made Top Gear unwatchable RE: Chris Evans leaves Top Gear - Blurr - Jul 4, 2016 Top Gear will never be the same without the original three presenters although I am happy that they are attempting to bring viewers back yet the presents that were picked are terrible. Chris just over does it and I feel like he isn't a good choice and neither my Matt LeBlanc! Unsure about the others, though. I doubt I will watch Top Gear again since The Grand Tour is coming soon. RE: Chris Evans leaves Top Gear - Brynn - Jul 4, 2016 Thank god. RE: Chris Evans leaves Top Gear - George - Jul 5, 2016 Just waiting for The Grand Tour to air. RE: Chris Evans leaves Top Gear - Safira - Jul 5, 2016 Refuse to watch this new shit. They're even using Clarkson's classic 'Some say... all we know is he's called the Stig' lines. Seriously, get your own damn material. I kind of hoped Evans would stay on in arrogance. That way LeBlanc would resign and Top Gear will have lost its reasonably funny presenter (based on what I've heard), and it could die a slow and painful death. Shame TGT is on Prime only; that limits the audience already. RE: Chris Evans leaves Top Gear - Innovative - Jul 5, 2016 It's good news, the grand tour has begin filming in South Africa RE: Chris Evans leaves Top Gear - Toxic - Jul 5, 2016 Thank god. RE: Chris Evans leaves Top Gear - Enzyme - Jul 7, 2016 Top Gear had a good run, but it would never be the same without the personalities that made Top Gear what it was. |
