Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke.
Basically went as multiple government roles to get a weapon to shoot/kill others of no reason (RDM). Killed president, myself, and others multiple times. After getting demoted, he would simply go as SSA or police to continue. It was 100% on purpose. Might as well add that this is multiple NLR breaking. I could go on, but I don't have all evening.

Accused obviously had no intention to follow rules or RP as the jobs properly.
Accused will recieve a 4 hour weapon blacklist and a Week Suspension.
