That is not the SWAT skin though. Before there was a SWAT skin. Now when you spawn the car as SWAT its skin is black and pink.

I'm pretty sure it's just the skin, photons problem. And I believe you can change the skin.

We've never been able to change the photon skin, that is something only an admin can do. It's like the SWAT skin is completely missing.
