i have been having this problem lately where most of the lights on cars are errors; when i first noticed the problem, the server notified me to type " cv_getparticles" after i did this a bunch of errors started appearing in consule including this :

I have 200+ hrs on the server, and this is the first time i have encountered a problem of this sort
I have downloaded all the content
texture Details is set to high
All custom files are allowed from servers when downloading custom content
the errors look like this:

(the lights on police cars looks fine )
Any Ideas on how to fix it ?
