I should be Unblacklisted because in the situation that I got the black list from I wasn't even reported and second I didnt have a gun on the suspect I had a mele and I was trying to do the peaceful way out but then a guy ran up and shot the guy dead who had the pres hostage I never used my wep and I didn't do anything wrong so I don't see the reason why I am BL. All I was doing way standing there with a crowbar watching it all go down I never once used my wep. If I did deserve this BL then I would like to know all the reasons why. Thank you for your time.

Hi Wobble,
I blacklisted you because it was brought to my attention that you were involved from the other player in his UBLR, James Hellfire ("whilst one of the members within the group wasn't even punished, namely being Wobble").
I blacklisted you for two reasons, as stated in the Blacklist Reason:
1. - Rule 4.1d: If you make a bounty/hitman contract, you must have a valid reason to make this contract. Do not use it as an excuse for RDM.
2. - Rule 9.1: Custom job titles must accurately state what character you intend to roleplay.
As seen in the video, you clearly had your job set to 'Bounty Hunter'.

As Bounty Hunters, it is your responsibility to detain criminals - even highlighted to you by the President's direct orders. You performed the work of Hitmen by killing him; Hitmen without a valid reason to kill even, considering the President didn't want him dead. That's the reason for the suspension due to rule 4.1d.
Nevy pointed out to you all the difference between a Bounty Hunter and a Hitman; having already replied to the thread I knew you were actively aware of it being there, yet the fact that you did not admit to it suggests to me that you have not learnt the difference nor do you feel remorse for doing so.
That is why I gave you a blacklist from weapons for Rule 9.1, as both Hitman and Bounty Hunter jobs would require weapons, and seeing as you could not differentiate between the two, it's better for you to be able to be neither.
