Summary: Blatant violation of rule 19.1 in regards to stepping on ragdolls. Was not an accident; I was trying to inform him of the infraction when he turned to insult me over mic chat, then resumed jumping on and hitting the ragdoll of (I believe it was Giant Pony) and doing so until he was dead. He really only stuck around to minge on the server.
