Based on the evidence provided I cannot determine that backseat administration was infact takeing place:
While in your picture it does show within his warrant reason "FailRP" the primary reason for the demotion is a failure to follow orders, and based on what you have told me regarding the situation this reason is valid, the "failRP" tacked on to the end is at that point semantics and probably had little to nothing to do with the demotion.
Your evidence in regards to Caps in OOC, your two pictures show that while yes 2 instances of this occured, the context behind it and whether or not it continued for any extended period and became malicious cannot be shown from the evidence provided.
