Summary: Firstly, acting like a gunman but with their job as a citizen, pulls a gun out to a car driver, I shoot him in fear he is a heavy dangerous person, he dies, then comes right back, this time he tries to drop a big prop on us 3, he misses, does it again and knocks out 2 players.
I think he was minging in the chat but that was a while back

I was the guy who was prop killed and can confirm he did this, he wasn't really RP'ing at all either.

Upon reviewing the evidence, as well as confirming in the logs; it seems the player is violating several rules. As a result I will issue a lengthy blacklist as well as ban.
