You are SWAT, your objective is not investigation or traffic stops, its tactical deployment, if you wanted to patrol and pull people over, then you should go normal police officer.

Arrests are IC, but you we're improperly useing the SWAT position at the time, so your arrest attempt wasnt even valid in the first place

Minor issue in this case and it will not be accounted for due to the fact it appears that in the video you are targeting the driver, they in no way ran any red light that you would have seen up until you speed into the intersection putting on your brakes to stop infront of them, while yes at that moment they we're attempting to gothrough a red light, you getting in their way made it impossible to tell if they we're infact going to take a right or left turn.

You yourself sped through an intersection on a green and then did an illegal turn drifting through two lanes to turn around to go  back after them, even though up until that point they had broken no overt traffic laws.

Thus from what I can tell from the evidence provided and your own words:

You misused the SWAT position by Patroling, and targeting specific players while doing so, while driving a civilian vehicle instead of your designated SWAT vehicle.
