Change "Banned by" in blacklists - Tails - May 20, 2016

Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.> Forum

In detail, explain your suggestion: Fix the text in the blacklists section, from "Banned By" to "Blacklisted By" (Or issued by)

Why should this be implemented? It triggers me, the person isn't banned they were blacklisted and it's unacceptable
