As there are people not being able to make it and lack of time to refill their spots, I believe it's much more appropriate to move this event to the 1st.
It could also be done on the weekdays, but attendance might lack more.
Joley's event is on the 2nd, so this is not overlapping.
Apologies for the inconvenience but I believe this is for the best.

This poll is to determine the best date for the event.
I can not continue this event tonight due to me not having an updated list of the government and who is filling whose spot and it makes it impossible to organize it for today.
Currently the 1st of September is leading with 8 votes, while the 31st of Friday and 1st of September has 2 votes each.
I might have to message everyone listed in Faustin's post to see if they can make it.
Putting this as a Staff-Notice to highlight it to end confusion.

Unfortunately, I will be unable to make any event on September 1st due to a prior commitment with my Fire Department. We have a pretty big parade that day so I'll be sweating my ass off in Class A uniform while also getting judged on how well we march, color guard, etc.
If the event happens to be on September 1, please give the Fire Chief slot to the next willing individual.
