That being on both the US and Europe side of 'late nights'. I agree.
I know that gathering evidence and sending them to a staff member who isn't in-game at that moment can be effective, but it is still something you have to halt your RP for. Something that shouldn't be happening as frequently as it is happening.
Just a few extra moderators, to act as a back-up for those who are active and having to respond to (what I know can be) a lot of @-calls during a packed server, shouldn't hurt too much
