Hours mean nothing, what about someone who came from a different community who knows the maps, and likes the one being voted on? Why should their vote mean any less than someone with 1000hrs? It has been stated serveral times, even before LimeLight was a thing. Hours is nothing. Hours is a number. Why should someone who is JOINING THE COMMUNITY not have a say in what the map should be? I can understand some reasoning for having a restriction, i.e. to ensure that those voting are actually likely to stick around to play on the new server rather than join, vote and leave making some of the votes worthless compared to those who consistently play and are more likely to make use of the new map. Even if it's just one or two hours to ensure that people aren't voting just because it pops up and they choose a random one to get rid of it.
