The way I see it is that people want building space over pre-made buildings as it allows them to be free with their builds - whether it be size, shape, design, etc. - and allows them to build what they need without having any obstacles in their way. I see the majority of maps having this issue; including v5p.
Saying that I still think v5p is a better alternative to Rockford but it's not the best alternative. You all make v5p out to be amazing, but it has its kinks and bumps such as the tiny two-pump gas station - it's bad enough having two full-sized gas stations on Rockford with people not being able to use them properly.
I think that they should either try to find a unique map (possibly even a custom-made one) or one that a lot of people enjoys, that is the recipe to a happy player base (map-wise).

A custom map will never be a thing on LL
Besides taking ages to produce, once its on the server it is no longer LL exclusive and thus now everyone can use it, making it not worth any kind of monetary investment.
If someone spent the time to produce a map to turn it over to LL for testing and checking, that would be one thing, but it still lacks exclusivity.

Eh. Map becomes stale but so do all the other RP maps we have used before. Optimally we would have different servers with different maps, but people grew out of this game and our community cannot compete with others.

Well atm the demand from the poll votes atm shows that users do want to see a map change as Rockford isn't cutting it, I'd like to see the LimeLight team take this into consideration and make a vote for users to vote in i.e IG or on the Forums.
