Try to remove some unnecessary addons.
Verify integrity of game files.
Go to steam library> then right click gmod >Press properties > https://prntscr.com/jo4mlw

Appreciate the help, have already tried both of these however. All the addons I have installed and subscribed are ONLY the ones I need for Limelight. Otherwise it'd be errors everywhere.
