Can I have a plate of that jelly? Looks delicious.

1. In a medium saucepan, place 2 cups (500ml) apple juice and 1 cup of frozen raspberries. Bring it to the boil.
2. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 tablespoon of gelatine to dissolve. Stir through 2 more cups of apple juice.
3. Pour juice through a strainer to remove raspberry seeds, then pour strained juice into moulds or a bowl.
4. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or overnight, to set.
5. Get angry because you aren't a LL moderator

I meant just hand me a plate of that one you already had, but thanks for the recipe...

And as for 5. Who needs Mod? Being Teacher gives me just the right amount of people pissed at me, and people who asslick me. It's purfuct.
