How is someone preferring to be referred to by a different pronoun "cramming" anything down your throat.

I saw someone get called Homophobic because they asked a gay couple to stop making out in public. I've noticed members of the LGBT think that it's automatically homophobic when anyone asks them to not show affection to their LGBT partner in public. It's not homophobia, it's just most people dont want to see PDA from anyone.

I can quite happily say that there is a 80%+ chance that if it was a hetero couple nothing would of been said. No one wants to see PDA from anyone in public but a same sex couple is more likely to be heckled about it.

Well then, unfortunately since we are lucky enough to live in a country that gives us freedom; we are able (to an extent) to do things that we want to do. If someone wants to make out in public, ofcourse that is something some may want to see. But if you find something so small that offensive instead of just moving on with your own life then maybe you have problems yourself.

We do live in a free country, but people wouldn't mind seeing a straight couple make out in the street because that's more common. I'm not saying that gay or lesbian people cant make out with their significant other because they can, it's just weird and uncomfortable for a large percentage of the public to look at a pair of gay people making out. If I went shops and I saw a straight couple make out I wouldn't mind because it's something I see on a daily, however a gay couple is completely different. It's not something I'm used to seeing, I guess it could be just the area I live in but gay people here are not very open about it like in other towns or cities. People aren't used to it, that doesn't meant that they are against it, it just means that it weird them out as it's something that never occurred to them that would happen.

If I start holding a sign at the BLM protests saying "All Lives Matter", I'm expressing my freedom of speech but that's considered offensive. Double Standards my friend, always against the straight white male.
