Ofcourse you do but it's not the same as spending hours and hours or spending a lot of money creating a fully custom map, that was not my point. My point is you can just use hammer and remove some buildings in order to create building space for RP.

Which is a custom version of the map.
If a player doesn't have the map downloaded, it pushes your server down the rankings.
People are less likely to join (with the ranking above, they're notified they don't have the map, and even if they join after at, they still have to download it).

There are only two ways of getting past that.
Having a community so big that it forces past that issue, or making a map so popular that most people have it already.

Now, it's going on build. Get your dupes built, fly around, see how you want your builds to work.
