Anything Else: If you look at the above link I want like a heavy rescue truck and an ems first response at the back like that with my name on the top left and EMS First Responder | Heavy Rescue on the bottom right this is for my signature.

The Avatar I just want a background like this and I want the text to be graffiti style. The text is gonna be the same but in the middle with a reflection at the back at an angle.

The Text should look something like this if you can do it.
