Just because people could be called minges by some does not mean they can not be awarded REPs, I highly doubt you were watching the two mentioned individuals throughout and for all you know they could've done some amazing roleplay while you were not watching them.

With all due respect, it is not up to the general playerbase who does and does not get a Roleplay Experience Point. It is up to the staff members who issue them.
