Once a player got killed the NLR menu shows up with a new button called "Investigation". If the player clicks the button, a timer will be set to 5-10 mins so the cops/detectives can go investigate. It's basically the same as with the medic system. An injured player can either wait or die.

Well I mean NLR is about 10 minutes? So you don't have much to do in this time either way. I feel 5-8 Minutes should be alright to not spawn.

just an time stamp or a (somewhat)% chanche to find a projectile/cutwounds would actually help a lot. Would also be an amazing rp.

Maybe The Body will keep there until a EMS arrived but the Player actually responded.and maybe adding money when EMS clean the body up.If there have no EMS cop can do it but earn less than EMS
