As you stated, the Old player models are a bit old and to be honest don't look to "Thug/Rebel" like. I feel these new skins would make people who may be new to the Server/Mod acknowledge that they are Criminals or Rebels due to the Face Masks.
But yeah, seems fairly awesome and I'd love to see this implemented.

I don't think we should have rebels/anarchists.
I'd rather have Triads and have more gang to gang conflict rather than a class dedicated towards causing trouble with the government

Two different gangs instead of corleones and rebels.
