This will be a good idea for people to make investments and interest.
MAYBE:
Why not add the ability to buy properties for rent or for an investment, maybe on V33X or a bigger map?

DO NOT ADD THE ARCBANK.
It is the most exploitable platform in existence, and the author has pretty much stated that he cannot fix all the exploits in relation to it thanks to the requirements and needs of ARC.

While it would stop aggressive RP to an extent, people will stalk raiding parties and murder them all claiming to be "Presidential Security" as a citizen, obtaining all their supplies.
Also, people will instantly run over to a body and minge-grab everything..

I like the System. Saw it on many DarkRP Servers, had it on my own Server.
But i dont think it would fit into LimeLight, sorry :3
