Can we expect a better system IF rp points are added. An example of this is 'passiverp' - Could we possibly not focus so much on the passive concept and the whole 'roleplaying' for points is for any roleplay that is deemed to be good?

Discussion is being held on a different system for RP points and other possible routes for players to unlock items as we try to bring more diversity to the gamemode.

Will the inventories from the old servers transfare over?
Will ranks such as Helper and Teacher come back?
Will old bans and blacklists transfare over too, including previous bans etc?

To my understanding they won't be transferred as this is a new community.

There will be ingame clans however the official clan system is being scrapped.

Upload from a URL rather than local.

Makes it more high-res as there is no need for file storage or compression, is my guess.

Is there any plans to make the forum mobile and minimizing friendly, instead of having huge Avatar icons pop up over every post?

I can ofcourse understand if this isn't a priority, with the server getting up at and all.

It's being worked on, but right nowthere is a temporary solution.
If you go to Profile > Modify Profile > Look & Layout > Change Theme
There is one called 'SMF Default Theme - Curve'.
